Shipping Policy

At Valentine and Dale, we believe the experience of receiving your order should feel just as intentional and refined as the products themselves. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail before leaving our hands.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated as clearly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Valentine and Dale does not guarantee delivery dates.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available, rates, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout once available. Valentine and Dale is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Valentine and Dale is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays or loss resulting from incomplete or inaccurate shipping details
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-sent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Valentine and Dale is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, all shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist with documentation or tracking information when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer service email] and include:

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
